CoreVexa Governance Documentation
Public documentation for CoreVexa’s governed AI infrastructure, including the VEXA governed AI workspace and execution platform, Layer-7 governance architecture, the CoreVexa Governance Standard, integration surfaces, APIs, and current product status.
Intelligence, governance, execution, and evidence.
CoreVexa develops governed infrastructure for AI-enabled work, connecting intelligent assistance with explicit human authority, controlled execution, evidence, and reevaluation.
Understand
Define objectives, establish current state, analyze information, develop strategy, and prepare recommendations.
Authorize
Determine what may proceed, under what conditions, and under whose authority.
Act
Move approved work into governed execution while preserving the context of authorization.
Verify
Preserve outputs and evaluate what execution produced against the governed objective.
CoreVexa is designed so increasing AI capability does not require transferring final decision authority to an AI system. Intelligence can assist with analysis, planning, recommendations, and preparation. Governance determines what may proceed, and authorized people retain final decision authority.
VEXA
VEXA is CoreVexa’s user-facing governed AI workspace and execution platform.
Establish the destination
Begin with a defined objective and current-state understanding rather than an isolated prompt.
Govern what advances
Strategy, recommendations, and next actions remain distinct from approval and authorization.
Evaluate what happened
Execution evidence is assessed against the workspace objective before the journey can advance toward completion.
Layer-7 and the CoreVexa Governance Standard
CoreVexa separates the user-facing VEXA workspace, Layer-7 governance architecture, and the CoreVexa Governance Standard while connecting them within the same governed operating model.
Layer-7
Layer-7 is CoreVexa’s governance and control architecture for authority, policy, risk, approvals, execution conditions, decision state, and evidence.
CGS
The CoreVexa Governance Standard defines governance expectations around authority, control, evidence, verification, and accountable execution.
From objective to reevaluation.
VEXA keeps understanding, recommendation, authority, execution, evidence, outcome, and reevaluation as distinct governed stages.
VEXA preserves execution evidence and evaluates the resulting output against the governed workspace objective. Outcome assessment and reevaluation remain separate so completing an action is not automatically treated as proof that the intended objective was met.
What the governed workspace supports.
Goal Definition
Anchor work to a defined objective.
Current-State Review
Establish the actual starting condition.
Strategy
Develop a path from current state to objective.
Recommendations
Surface proposed approaches for deliberate review.
Authority Checkpoints
Preserve explicit approval before consequential action.
Governed Execution
Execute within the authorized context.
Evidence
Preserve the relevant outputs from execution.
Outcome Assessment
Compare evidence with the governed objective.
Reevaluation
Determine whether to continue, change, or complete.
One governed foundation. Different operating contexts.
VEXA can adapt its workspace to different kinds of work while preserving the same governed execution foundation.
VEXA Adaptive Experiences
The working environment can adapt to a domain without abandoning the governance model beneath it.
Meet the user where they are
Existing businesses and projects can enter from their actual current state instead of being forced through a blank-state workflow.
Public architecture without exposing protected implementation.
These pages describe CoreVexa’s public product architecture, operating concepts, integration surfaces, development state, and observable behavior.
Public documentation intentionally avoids publishing private source code, protected control logic, confidential infrastructure, proprietary implementation details, or other protected CoreVexa intellectual property.
Working Product / Pre-Launch Validation
VEXA Governed First Journey
VEXA’s governed First Journey has been implemented and live-tested across Goal Definition, Current State Review, Execution Strategy, Recommendation, Next Action, Governance, Governed Execution, Evidence, Outcome, Reevaluation, and Journey Completion. Additional launch preparation, integration work, interface validation, and controlled pre-launch testing remain underway.
