Architecture

CoreVexa is designed as governed infrastructure for AI-enabled work, separating intelligence, governance, authority, execution, and evidence into distinct responsibilities.

VEXA provides the user-facing workspace while the CoreVexa governance model establishes boundaries around consequential execution.

At a public architectural level, CoreVexa can be understood as a set of cooperating functional layers that move work from user intent through governed execution and evidence.

Layer 01

Experience

VEXA provides the working environment through which users interact with objectives, workspaces, strategy, recommendations, actions, governance, evidence, and outcomes.

Context

Workspace context preserves relevant state so governed work can continue across a journey instead of treating every interaction as an isolated request.

Layer 03

Intelligence

AI capabilities can assist with understanding, analysis, strategy, recommendations, preparation, and other forms of reasoning within defined boundaries.

Layer 04

Governance

Governance evaluates the conditions surrounding proposed consequential actions, including applicable policy, risk, authority, and approval requirements.

Layer 05

Authority

Authority determines whether the appropriate person, role, or approved mechanism has permission to authorize a consequential action.

Layer 06

Execution

Authorized actions can move into controlled execution through the appropriate connected capability or system boundary.

Layer 07

Evidence

Execution can produce evidence associated with the governed work, allowing the system and authorized users to evaluate what occurred.

Continuing Cycle

Outcome & Reevaluation

Evidence and observed outcomes can inform reevaluation, allowing the workspace to determine what should happen next rather than treating execution as the end of the process.

Architectural Boundary

Intelligence Is Not Authority

A central CoreVexa architectural principle is the separation between the ability to determine or recommend what could be done and the authority to decide what may actually proceed.

Recommendation ≠ Authorization

An intelligent system may analyze, recommend, prepare, or propose an action. Those capabilities do not by themselves grant permission to execute that action.

The CoreVexa Governance System provides the governance framework surrounding consequential AI-assisted execution.

Its public role includes supporting explicit policy, authority, approval, risk, and evidence boundaries without making AI capability synonymous with execution authority.

Architecture Without Proprietary Implementation Disclosure

This documentation describes CoreVexa’s public architectural model, major system responsibilities, governance boundaries, and observable product behavior.

It intentionally does not disclose proprietary orchestration logic, internal policy implementation, private source code, protected infrastructure topology, security-sensitive configuration, internal decision mechanisms, private service relationships, or other confidential CoreVexa intellectual property.

Development Status

Architecture in Active Development

The CoreVexa and VEXA architecture is being implemented and validated as part of the current working product and pre-launch development program.

Public documentation reflects the current product architecture at a functional level and may evolve as validation, integration, deployment, and controlled testing continue.
